Transition to Independence Project 2011
The KFCA completed a project in 2011 to
look at the processes and legal framework leading to LAC leaving care in Kent,
and to provide foster carers with more information on services available. A conference was held at Lenham on
18 January 2012. The major service providers gave interesting and
informative presentations with an additional 'outside' speaker on
